Luna Lounge, now operating from Kloof has a busy programme ahead.

April 5 sees the appearance of Aidan Cornhill, a Durban-born singer/songwriter. His blend of pop, folk and country is nostalgic and sentimental with a lyrical integrity not often heard on today’s airwaves. His acoustic sound is eloquent and distinct. Tickets R40.

Tim Pepper will perform on April 19. One of the hallmarks of his music is the variation of styles he calls on, mixing southern soul, blues, country, folk and the occasional jazz lick with a contemporary feel. The tonally enticing, acoustic guitar driven songs are melodic yet gutsy; capturing the soul and emotion of everyday living. Tickets R40.

Syd Kitchen and Seth, the amazing combo that performed the final closing of Luna Lounge’s Botha’s Hill venue, will perform on April 26. An event not to be missed. Tickets R70.

On May 10, Luna Lounge hosts Baz Corden, a musician from Durban coupled with another talented Durban musician, Luke Siedle. Both Luke and Baz have albums set for release in a few months. Tickets R40.
