The Cecilia Singers present a Christmas Devotion in St George's Garrison Church in Pietermaritzburg on December 19 at 17h00 for 17h30. This will be a programme of Christmas music and short readings. The music ranges from the medieval Ave Maria by Jacob Arcadelt to two new carols by the British composer Malcolm Archer and sing carols by Somon Lole and Koos du Plessis.

The audience will have the opportunity to participate in the singing of some well-loved carols. Marianne de Jager will direct the Cecilia Singers and Helen Vermaak will accompany them. Wine or sherry and mince pies will be served from 17h00 and there will be a retiring collection.
