The KZN Philharmonic Orchestra's Spring Season of ten concerts continues on October 20 in the Durban City Hall at 19h30 with The French Connection.

Conrad van Alphen conducts the piano duo Nettle and Markham in Poulenc's Double Piano Concerto. Other works on the programme are Ravel's Rhapsodie Espagnol and Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition, arranged by Ravel.

Concerts are preceded by introductory talks by Friends of Music in the Royal Hotel at 18h15 and the admission price of R20 includes light refreshments.
