The Playhouse Company’s Artistic Director, Linda Bukhosini, has extended a public invitation to arts practitioners and producers of music, dance and drama shows to submit proposals for their productions, to be presented in association with The Playhouse Company during the course of 2004.

Proposals must be for productions of a standard ready to be staged in one of the following categories:

Schools progamme – education and development productions geared for schools audiences

Women’s Arts Festival – celebrating the creativity of women in productions dealing with women’s issues

Hip Kulcha – poetry music, dance, drama focusing on artistic expression of the youth

New Stages - new productions highlighting the best of our artistic and cultural heritage

Successful applicants will be given appropriate use of Playhouse rehearsal and performance venues. Further ‘in-kind’ benefits will include technical, administrative and in-house marketing backup for these productions.

Those who have already submitted proposals need not re-submit these as they will be part of the selection process.
