KwaZulu-Natal potter Andrew Walford will take his latest pots from his magnificent hillside studio in Shongweni to be viewed at 45, 6th Street, Lower Houghton, Johannesburg, on June 4 and 5 from 10h00 to 16h00. Andrew recently returned from a most successful exhibition in Germany and will be demonstrating his unique style of Throwing and Japanese Brushwork Techniques. This will take place at 11h00 on both days. His work has been described as Zen Zulu, and ranges from miniature porcelain bowls, Japanese tea bowls, sushi dishes, hand-basins, metre high wall tiles made of paperclay and much more.
