Well-known and long-time Durban audience favourite Peter Maxwell will be back at Rhumbelow Theatre in February for one afternoon performance of a show he calls Max Back. Peter Maxwell’s career spans over 50 years and has taken him all around the world presenting cabaret and theatre shows. With a three-octave voice, a robust sense of humour and a sparkling technique at the keyboard, he will present a sample of the vast talent he has in his repertoire. Expect to hear well-known Maxwell interpretations of Night and Day, I've got you under my skin, Dooby Dooby Bye Bye, Kliener Kliener Bird, Hold it flash bang wallop, What a Wonderful World, My way and many others. The show takes place on February 5 at 14h00. The venue opens 90 minutes before the show for picnic lunch. Tickets R50. There is limited secure parking and booking is essential. Braais and a cash bar will be available (no alcohol may be brought on to the premises). Rhumbelow Theatre is situated in Cunningham Avenue off Bartle Road.
