DOOWAH BOYS EXTENDED (article first published : 2000-05-20)

They're good-looking, charming and sexy and now they are staying in Durban a little while longer! The Doowah Boys 3 - Kevin Feather's celebration of all-boy groups has enjoyed a capacity season at The Langoustine Theatre by the Sea and, due to public demand, will be extended to June 3. (See review in this section)

The Doowah Boys 3 features Percy Smith, Brandon Auret, Andrew Webster and Emmanuel Castis in a line up of solid-gold hits made famous by the likes of Queen, the Bee Gees, the Beatles, the Temptations, Air Supply, Platters and other boy-groups. Tickets at R100 include a three-course choice menu. On Ladies Nights (Tuesdays), the cost is R69 for a two-course meal and the show. Book through the Langoustine on (031) 563-7324 and ask for Lisa or e-mail: langos@iafrica.com
