Richard Haslop will offer four 3rd Ear Music Hidden Years Archive CDs as prizes on his Roots to Fruits Radio Show broadcast on SAfm on Tuesdays at 21h00 (repeated Sundays at 15h00) during June.

“Richard is a fountain of international Roots music knowledge; he features music and anecdotes on contemporary and traditional musicians that you just don't hear anywhere else on the wireless,” says David Marks of 3rd Ear. “3rd Ear and The Hidden Years Music Archive Project are pleased to be featured in this international Radio mix.”

The HY Archive Music being offered are double CDs from Roger Lucey’s 21 Years Down The Road, Splashy Fen 10 Year Celebration, Colin Shamley’s Born Guilty & Other Stories, and the much sort-after and long-awaited single CD re-issue from "14" Shabalala - Maskandi Magic/Zulu songs translated on the CD sleeve.

Hidden History musicians that Richard will program include: Pedro Espi-Sanchis, Roger, Colin, Dave Ledbetter, 14, Malombo, Edi Niederlander, Xolo Home Boys, Bill Knight and many more.
